Joy was born and raised in Thailand and developed her passion for Food as a Home Cook . When she moved to Jersey she took up work at Thai Restaurants and honed the ability to work in a professional Kitchen as well as providing fine hospitality .

For over 6 years The Spice of Life has been part of increasing fascination with the cuisine of Thailand. The Food from our Restaurant has attracted Business Professionals,Tourist and Locals alike.
